About the event
Do you have areas under your trees where little or nothing grows? At this seminar, in partnership with Champaign County Master Gardeners, our Executive Director, Eric Mollahan, will explore how to create thriving shade gardens under mature trees using the “Soft Landing” concept. He’ll walk through the process of developing these gardens, including specific steps and recommended plant lists. Eric will also discuss how to extend the concept to the sunny edges of mature trees, creating a cohesive and attractive landscape.
The event is open to the public, you do not have to be a current Master Gardener to attend!
