About the event

Lynn Smith and Chandler Womack will guide you through the autumn beauty of LCF’s Brady Woods Nature Preserve, on the banks of the Sangamon River. On a previous fall tour, we learned about the bladdernut grove, carrion flower vs. greenbriar, hackberry fruits, turkey tail fungus, heron nests, and more! The soaring sycamores at this western Champaign County site are simply magnificent.
